Kati Tilley supports data collection, organization, and early data analysis efforts under the guidance and support of senior staff for IES-Center for Research Use in Education (CRUE).

Debbie Amsden Micklos works closely with the CRUE Co-Directors and other researchers to support daily operations and coordinate tasks on the project. Her responsibilities include research proposal production, coordination, implementation, and ensuring compliance with administrative policies and procedures.

Shameeka Jelenewicz plays a leadership role in project planning, sample recruitment, instrument development, data collection and management, data analyses, and production of reports and manuscripts.

Seher Ahmad, Ph.D. works full-time with Delaware Department of Education on projects related to educator evaluation and effectiveness. Her work includes project management, data collection and management, statistical analyses, and production and dissemination of reports.
